The Position:

Summit Search Grouphas been retained by our North American client on the recruitment of their newest Digital Advertising Strategist. Our client is a leader in delivering innovative marketing and creative services across North America. They are a team of dedicated professionals committed to helping their clients achieve business goals through strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs. Our clients remote setup allows them to collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members, ensuring that results can be delivered no matter where they are located.

As the Digital Advertising Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital advertising strategies for clients. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer journey, extensive experience with paid advertising channels and managing large media budgets. This role collaborates closely with the Project Management and Creative Teams and reports directly in the Digital Advertising Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute robust marketing campaigns by conducting in-depth research, defining campaign objectives, and crafting clear strategies that align with overarching business goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Leverage data analytics and market research to pinpoint key audience segments.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of past campaign performance and industry benchmarks to provide strategic budget recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Design teams to develop engaging digital advertisements.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to configure campaign conversion tracking.
  • Deliver clear, insightful reports by leveraging advanced analytics platforms, helping stakeholders understand campaign performance, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
  • Act as the digital marketing subject matter expert, interpreting data trends, providing actionable recommendations, and helping guide strategic decision-making based on in-depth performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in a digital advertising role.
  • Experience in paid digital advertising in the School/ Education Industry is an asset
  • Experience working in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and other dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Experience managing multiple, paid campaigns simultaneously in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and other related platforms.
