Overview: The order acquisition and fulfillment team is responsible for delivering the Enterprise Order Manager (EOM), Business Customer Order Management (BCOM), and Internet Provisioning Access Gateway (IPAG) platforms. This position will support the team by analyzing business requirements and working closely with the IT development group to ensure successful implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing systems. The work will be performed using both Agile and hybrid waterfall methodologies.
The project is estimated to include eighteen (18) iterations of three (3) weeks each, with work delivered under the guidance of Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Agile Teams.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience and working knowledge of EOM, BCOM, and IPAG platforms.
- Ability to understand the interdependencies and impacts across different business areas and project types.
- Ability to act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units to ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach other business analysts at all levels, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Evaluate new applications, gather and analyze business requirements, and identify system needs and dependencies.
- Actively communicate with stakeholders, preparing presentations and documentation on system enhancements or alternatives.
- Recommend systems alternatives and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Work under the direction of a project manager, incorporating input from multiple business areas to ensure comprehensive project execution.
- Analyze and map out current and future-state business processes to identify areas of improvement.
