Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, such as buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, to understand their requirements, preferences, and timelines effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, sharing updates on property listings and transactions, and addressing any questions or issues they may have.
  • Keep abreast of local real estate market trends, property values, and recent sales to equip clients with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Organize and manage accurate client databases, files, and records, including contact information, property details, transaction history, and essential documents.
  • Showcase the ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing situations within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals involved in the closing process.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and processes related to closing transactions.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software, document management systems, and communication tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
