Crozier is looking for an ERP Project Manager to provide oversight and lead the transition from the organization's legacy ERP system, manage the successful integration and implementation of a new system, and the decommissioning of the existing system. This role will be accountable for managing all project aspects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementation. This role requires previous experience implementing ERP systems, along with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers across an organization.

We are preferably looking for someone to work out of our head office in Collingwood for this role.

How you will contribute to the team:

  • Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing, cross-functional team to achieve high-quality, customer-centric results.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, provide project status updates, facilitate decisions, and solve problems.
  • Work with the project steering committee to raise awareness on the system change and manage cultural change throughout the organization.
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and overall project planning meet requirements and delivery dates.
  • Actively track project risks and scope to anticipate potential issues and work proactively with teams to develop solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and prepare and deliver reports to the Executive Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Organize ERP demonstrations, conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes and systems.
  • Provide ongoing project management support through research, planning and execution of projects once the new ERP system is implemented.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of dedicated project management experience, preferably with IT projects.
  • Solid knowledge of formal Project Management methodologies; PMP designation is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Minimum of 3 full-cycle large ERP implementation projects completed as the lead PM.
  • Strong skills in leading and managing organizational change projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sense of priorities, and demonstrated ability to manage vendors.
  • Experience with Project Management Software.
