Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced content project manager who is a sharp analytical thinker to join our growing knowledge organization. Our Information & Knowledge group is at a pivotal point, moving from our legacy to a next generation content management system. The project management skills that you bring will be directly utilized and expanded through this initiative.
Work you'll do:
• In this interesting and diverse role, you will play a key role driving the production of written content to completion and on schedule. You will be conduit between our global Audit & Assurance business stakeholders and our content production team. The role will include:
• Manage content projects from task initiation though production completion
• Effectively organize; work breakdown structures, project schedules and our task management system in an agile fashion that is easily understood for yourself, your team, and the project stakeholders
• Run project kickoffs, regular check-ins, and review meetings with production team and stakeholders
• Communicate needs, next steps, and status to the team and stakeholders
• Anticipate and creatively solve problems before they strike
• Be an advocate for following our request and production processes across the department
• Work with management to identify new needs and ways for process improvements
Qualifications:
Required:

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in process improvement preferred
• Strong understanding of Project management concepts (from project initiation through to project closure). Includes planning, monitoring and tracking, risk management and quality management)
• Strong understanding of the broad concept of Quality Assurance (as opposed to testing). Includes Quality Assurance
• Attention to detail, at the same time has the ability to understand the big picture
• Strong organizational skills and consultative skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
• Ability to work in a team environment and foster the teamwork of others.
• Familiarity with MS-Office products, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Project.
Education and experience:
• College degree (or equivalent). Preferred:
• Experience in process improvement
• Experience in a large global, decentralized environment
• Project management in a content production environment.
• PMI PMP/Scrum Agile certification
Nice to Have
• Experience in an audit environment
