Centennial Mazda is looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as Parts & Service Manager!

NOW HIRING: Parts & Service Manager

LOCATION: Centennial Mazda, Charlottetown, PEI

HOURS: Full time, Permanent. 40+ hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

WAGES: $65,000 - $100,000 per year (salary + commission) + benefits. Negotiable based on experience.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee Daily Operations:
    • Manage and coordinate the parts and service departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service:
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Recruit, train, and manage service and parts staff, including technicians and support personnel.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate parts inventory, ensuring stock levels meet demand without overstocking.
  • Budget & Financial Performance:
    • Monitor and control department budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure that all service work meets quality standards and complies with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Vendor & Supplier Relations:
    • Negotiate and maintain relationships with parts suppliers and vendors.
  • Scheduling & Work Orders:
    • Oversee work order management and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
  • Sales & Promotions:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies for parts and services, including promotions and discounts.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
