As a Media Associate you will have hands-on experience with 360 media planning, in-platform experience with paid social media buying, and a passion for learning the broader digital paid media landscape. One of the primary responsibilities in this role will be to learn the planning process and provide support to your assigned strategy group including execution of ad campaigns across social media, programmatic, and paid search. Candidates should have experience working with social media ad platforms and planning tools. Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day ad campaign execution and management across multiple digital platforms including but not limited to Meta, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Display, and Google Search
- Continued development of expertise in media management and ad platforms, emerging channels, and platform trends and best practices
- Campaign planning and support including development of estimates, billing reviews, and creation and maintenance of media blocking charts and documentation
- Liaise with creative production specialists and project teams on collateral development and platform requirements
- Liaise with platform and account representatives to drive performance, maintain best practice, and inform innovative campaign strategies
- Perform monthly compilation and review of Budget Control Reports, working with the Finance team to process campaign invoices and identify any discrepancies Could be on client work outside of the local time zone, requiring you to coordinate with team members with varying workdays
We're looking for someone with:
- 2-3 years of paid social media or ad platform experience at a brand or agency
- Education in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Experience with advocacy and B2B marketing and communications
- Proven expertise across multiple paid media channels (search, social, programmatic, etc.)
- Organized, digitally oriented, and platform agnostic, with a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong working knowledge in Meta and Google ad platforms
- Meta Blueprint or Google Skillshop certifications considered an asset
