In housekeeping, you are at the heart of hotel operations! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms and suites, ensuring that our guests are provided with an immaculate, luxury room and unforgettable experience.

What you will be doing:
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
- Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The Hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
- Frequent kneeling, pushing and pulling
- Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
