Job Summary:
We are looking for professional and organized Receptionists to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and perform administrative tasks. Candidates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, and take messages as needed
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
