We are seeking a dynamic Life Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, customer service, and sales administration. If you possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you

Compensation and Benefits

Approved candidate will earn a starting base salary of $70,000 plus commissions from Life, Disability, Critical Illness and Annuities.

A licensed candidate can expect to earn $100,000 or more annually

• Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) is a must

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
• Provide expert advice on insurance options to clients
• Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
  

Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
