About the position:
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital and offline marketing channels. Your primary duties will include tracking performance, monitoring KPIs, and making strategic recommendations to enhance our marketing results. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives, and optimizing our campaigns to achieve maximum impact. Your expertise will help shape the future of Spring Financial's marketing strategy and contribute to our overall success.
What you will do:
- Work with the Growth Marketing team and support managers on digital strategy and development of all digital channels and platforms' performance strategy.
- Support building and maintaining testing and learning agenda
- Working closely with internal and agency teams to manage workflow.
- Lead performance and KPI tracking on all Digital touchpoints. (Social, Search, Affiliates)
- Provide subject matter expertise to brand teams on Digital Paid media campaigns & Performance media campaigns.
- Coordinate offline campaigns on TV, radio, direct mail, podcast insertions, etc.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Guide and influence the creative process, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
- Lead interactions with internal and external partners to meet compliance requirements.
- Work with Digital Paid Media to set digital benchmarks and KPIs
- Utilize Google Analytics, Tableau, and Fullstory to monitor and analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost performance.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Marketing team to evaluate mid-campaign and post-campaign analysis.
- Make recommendations based on campaign results, marketing, and industry trends, and communicate your findings to a variety of stakeholders.
- Support the creation of compelling presentations to share digital plans and results with C-level Leadership.
- Establish, plan, and manage projects from start to finish, including budget, processes, resources and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of creating and coordinating successful social campaigns on TikTok and Meta.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, including setting learning agendas and guiding creative output.
- Demonstrable experience in managing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Solid knowledge of TV, radio, and direct mail marketing strategies.
- Creativity and creative output are a must, ensuring campaigns are innovative and impactful.
What you need to succeed:
- College or University degree in Marketing, Data Science or Computer Science
- 5+ years relevant work experience in fintech, digital media agency, or eCommerce.
- Deep understanding of digital paid campaign management (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- Expertise in information architecture, user experience, design, development and implementation of Canadian digital channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to present to and work with senior leadership.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, project management, detail-oriented, comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent presentation skills.
- Expertise and proven track record of defining digital strategies and implementing them to drive business goals.
- Google and Meta certifications are a plus but not required.
