EV Project Coordinator

Your Role:
As the EV Project Coordinator, you will ensure accurate contractor quoting and seamless project coordination upholding our dedication to service excellence. This role also includes collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations teams for a streamlined installation process.
Working within the newly established Services team, and reporting to the Head of Hardware Operations, this role is crucial for offering solutions in the electrical installation segment of our business. You will also play a key role in enhancing our service offerings by leveraging your expertise to improve installation efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key skills that will enable success in this role include experience in electrical installations and estimations, familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code (C22.1) and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating: Conduct site reviews and provide detailed labour and materials estimates.
- Installation Coordination: Collaborate with external contractors or civil contractors, as needed.
- Logistics Management: Organize and itemize materials needed to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Reporting: Regularly update management on the status of projects/installations and report on actual costs once the work is completed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of electrical estimating experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a full (non-restricted) driver's license.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Red Seal qualification in Electrical.
- Field Safety Representative certificate.
- Automotive/EV industry experience or interest.
- Network equipment installation and operation experience.
Location: Varies, with head office in North Vancouver, BC
Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 CAD.
