About The Role

Bosa Properties is looking for a Talent Acquisition manager to join our People and Culture team in growing a community of high achievers, built on trust. We focus on human centered design, creating programs that align with our employee value proposition, and are co-created with our employees. Reporting to the ­­SVP, this individual will have a unique opportunity to ­­­­be a trusted talent ambassador and leader, overseeing all aspects of bringing great talent to Bosa Properties. This includes leading, supporting, and coaching our Talent Acquisition Advisor, and overseeing the full cycle recruitment process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have a positive experience. The TA Manager creates the Talent Attraction strategy and is responsible for execution of deliverables within it, including work related to employer branding, talent pipelines and DEI. In addition, this role also carries out carries out full cycle recruitment for specific roles.

What You'll Do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure its alignment with the company's business objectives, our employee value proposition, and DE&I ambitions;
  • Execute full-cycle TA processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and decision making;
  • Collaborate with P&C team members and business/functional leaders to understand and forecast their specific talent needs and identify the most relevant sourcing strategy;
  • Constantly review talent acquisition processes to ensure that those processes are effective and candidate centric;
  • Establish and track performance metrics with the goal of continually learning and improving effectiveness;
  • Coach and develop team members.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, including leading Talent Acquisition Specialists;
  • The ability to create a TA strategy which is aligned with an organization's values, and business requirements;
  • Extensive interview experience and the ability to assess candidates based on role requirements;
  • Data informed decision making and a desire to improve results by using data for learning and continually getting better;
  • An applied understanding of equitable recruitment and interview processes;
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with hiring managers, candidates and leaders.

Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
