Job description

Schedule: Part-Time/Full-Time (Fixed term contract)

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Innovation Federal Credit Union (IFCU), is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team. As a Field Marketing Representative/Brand Ambassador, you will be instrumental in promoting IFCU's products and services directly on campus during the semester kickoff. Your role will involve engaging with students, showcasing the benefits of our offerings, and creating a vibrant and informative presence that captures attention and drives student participation.

Schedule:

  • 10-day activation
  • Full time and part time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively interact with potential customers to explain the advantages of IFCU's products and services and address any questions they may have.
  • Work closely with the IFCU advisor to guide customers through the enrollment and signup process.
  • Represent IFCU through various campus events and activities to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Execute marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Provide regular updates on your activities, outcomes, and insights to the leadership team.
  • Create a positive and memorable brand experience for consumers.
  • Organize and manage the setup and takedown of promotional booth and materials.

Keys to Success:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or BA is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
