Job description: 1 to 2 +Yrs of working experience as a Support Engineer,
Previous experience in application or product support. Good Written & Verbal Communication skills to interact with customers. Knowledge around automobile industry High level understanding on product features and understanding trends between issues and map it to features and data. Understanding of data issues Vs service issues and provide analysis to L2 team for resolution Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Ability to understand the application both functionally and technically. Ensure all issues are properly logged and prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. Complete ticket management with escalation and service level reporting. Experience building and managing monitoring dashboards and service integration with monitoring tools. Should have hands-on experience on application monitoring tools and should be able to initiate remediation based early warnings.
