Our technology ensures that help is always just a push away, but we need a proven technology sales leader to help design, implement and organize our larger go to market campaign. Team Meerby are retailers, designing solutions for retailers.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to initially drive front line sales to support the larger Meerby go to market strategy and then transition into development and leading our sales team. This role will have a key role in revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent strategic thinking skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and drive growth in existing markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the retail or technology sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build lasting relationships.
