Who we are looking for:

At Creyos, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That's why we're seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to help us screen and qualify our inbound leads. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at interviewing and researching leads, with the ability to quickly build rapport and uncover the necessary information for account executives to tailor conversations and close new business. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills, a natural curiosity, and drive to achieve results.

What you will be doing:

As an Sales Development Representative you will:

  • Educate and qualify marketing driven leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Master the ability to communicate the Creyos story in a compelling way
  • Align Creyos solutions with specific needs of different healthcare providers and their respective business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with account executives to schedule qualification calls, follow-up meetings and demos
  • Proactively keep up to date on trends in cognitive and behavioral healthcare, and the technology landscape supporting it, to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects
  • Acquire key prospect information from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in the CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, pipeline generation, and deals closed.

  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal
  • Strong networking and relationship building ability
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
  • Exceptional at staying organized and being able to prioritize
  • Self starter that is willing to wear multiple hats and is results driven
  • Interest in healthcare, healthtech, and/or cognitive science and research
  • Proficiency using a CRM (Salesforce) and sales automation tools (Outreach) preferred
