Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing design assets that deliver on creative/marketing brief direction as well as overall art direction with attention to detail
- Create a variety of assets as assigned, such as but not limited to digital (email, social posts and web assets)
- Develop, visualize presentation decks and concepts supporting your work to brand campaigns incorporating feedback and direction from key stakeholders
- Deliver to tight deadlines managing the delivery of multiple fast-paced projects ensuring work is completed on time and of high quality
- Ensure your work supports brand consistency and follows brand guidelines
- Seek review of work and incorporate feedback as well as participate in peer-to-peer design review
- Co-create assets with product designers, copywriters and marketers/sales reps
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing
- Provide image retouching and additional image manipulation as required
- Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design and/or interactive design
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design in-house or with an agency
- Detail-oriented, go-getter attitude with a growth mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Ai, Ps, Id)
- Strong knowledge of mainstream design and what constitutes effective design for both digital and traditional channels
- A creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with others on cross-functional projects
- Experience in the creative development process with the ability to work efficiently with product designers, content-writers, sales/marketing representatives and c-suite level executives
- Experience in creating effective assets for social media
- Strong understanding of digital file optimization and digital design best practices
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

- Proficient in/open to learning Figma
- Interested in growing into UX/UI design
- Video Editing and Animation (Premiere / After Effects)
