You'll Do:

  • Work in a variety of areas. Able to work a compressed work week, on rotating 12-hour day and night shifts including weekends.
  • Handling and lifting materials
  • Operate production equipment as assigned
  • Assist other processing workers
  • Assist with the routine maintenance and cleaning of the mill equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the team.
  • Other general labourer responsibilities
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Strict adherence to company safety standards and follow Safe work practices such as Lock-out, Pre-task hazard assessments, etc.
  • Standing for extended periods

You have:

  • A Grade 12 diploma
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to safety

  • The desire to learn, grow and succeed
  • Industrial experience and post-secondary education would be considered an asset

Compensation Package:

  • The hourly pay rate for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location.
  • Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays.
