As part of our dynamic Atlas°ree; crew, you'll be the vigilant guardian behind the scenes, ensuring that every dollar finds its rightful place within our treasure trove. Reporting to our Controller, you'll be an essential part of the accounting unit, ensuring that every number is perfectly balanced and that our financial records shine like priceless gems.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Processing revenue, daily cash outs and tips

• Making sure our ATMs are properly stocked and working

• Emptying out VLTs, reconciling revenue and assisting with troubleshooting

• Preparing floats and balancing cash on hand

• Preparing daily sales revenue journal entries

• Other administrative tasks and duties as required

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Relevant accounting education and/or experience

• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Proven cash handling skills and the ability to work independently

• Beneficial: Familiarity with Opera, Sage 300, or any other accounting application

• Availability: This position requires your keen eye and expertise only on weekends, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays
