The Nitty-Gritty of what you'll be doing
- Overseeing New and Pre-Owned Sales and Financial Services
- Driving the performance of the dealership by attracting and retaining great talent and creating exceptional buying and ownership experiences for your customers, neighbours and friends.
- Overseeing and engaging in all aspects of the sales and service process.
- Optimize opportunities for your people's growth and performance by utilizing training and development to engage, retain and empower an A-game attitude and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives for the Genesis dealership operations while providing prompt, dependable, high-quality service so-good-people-will-sing-songs-about-it service to both your internal and external customers.
- Oversee day to day Genesis service operations and customer satisfaction and relations.
- Management of Genesis service team including oversight of Valet schedule.
- Ensure day to day compliance with manufacturers expectations and meet manufacturers targets
What you will bring
- The drive, determination, and motivation to succeed every day.
- Management experience in Automotive.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License upon employment.
