Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Facilitate assignments with the insurance carrier and insured.
Process and manage insurance claims from start to finish.
Communicate directions with division managers.
Generates scope of work for the Estimator.
Reviews estimate accuracies prior to submission.
Budget files holding traction to Gross Margins.
On Call Rotation as we are a 24/7 Operation.
Competency Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent Communication Skills.
Managing Commercial and Residential Projects.
Leadership Skills.
Sales Experience is an Asset.
Construction Experience is an Asset.
Ability to work Independently.
Criminal Background Clearance is a Must.
Operators License for a Motor Vehicle is a Must.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution is an Asset.
Maintain a Level of Confidentiality.

Required Education and Experience
Experience leading teams, offices, and/or groups within an organization.
Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals.
Preferred Education and Experience
Secondary Education (not required but an asset).
Physical Requirement
Physical ability to navigate job sites independently.
Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer.
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
