The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric individual to join our team as a QMS Client Solution Consultant - 100% Remote. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs & business priorities in order to move them through the Onboarding journey as efficiently as possible. You will also be responsible for ongoing support through the client's life cycle.

You will be responsible for the custom configuration of our client's quality management systems in our software service, importing the quality system data, and the associated platform training. You will be the custodian of the client's satisfaction in the onboarding journey.

Responsibilities

• Create custom QMS solutions in our software platform for our clients
• Perform quality checks to ensure information integrity
• Update the Isolocity team on customer progress & health during status meetings
• Provide virtual product training and demonstrations to customers
• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure timelines are being followed and offer assistance as needed
• Ensure any projects at Risk are Escalated through the appropriate channels
• Triage & Respond to support Desk inquiries related to subject matter expertise

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of Compliance or Quality Assurance experience
• 5+ years' overall professional experience
• Small business experience is a bonus
