Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer pricing and profitability, employing advanced analytical techniques.
- Initiate root cause analysis, identify data trends and outliers, and effectively communicate findings to senior management.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on operational performance to support business partners.
- Present divisional and segment results with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
- Manage a schedule of recurring deliverables and assist in time-sensitive projects under the guidance of the Director of FP&A.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required; CPA/MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation and data manipulation from SAP.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Background in distribution and/or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, able to work independently and in team settings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines, maintaining high accuracy.
- Demonstrates integrity, confidence, and positivity, representing a professional image of the FP&A department.
