Our client is a well-established contractor seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Foreman/Supervisor to join our team on a high-profile project. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the installation of sheet metal components at a major battery plant construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of craft workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of sheet metal installation tasks.
• Lead by example and actively participate in hands-on activities.
• Interpret project specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Establish and adjust work schedules based on project demands.
• Analyze and solve problems that arise during the installation process.
• Inspect work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with superintendents, field personnel, trade partners, and client representatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sheet metal installation
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects (ideally $10M+).
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience (managing teams of 6+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, computers, and project management tools (familiarity with Google Storage a plus).
• Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
