We are an innovative company with offices in Victoria, B.C and Gaborone, Botswana. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Software Developer to join our Production Team. The operations team is client focused and provides support to the product development team. You will be on a team responsible for the implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance of the product. We work closely together and support one another to provide the best possible service to our clients.

The position will be at our office in Victoria, BC.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience developing in C# on a windows platform.
- 3+ years of front-end experience developing web applications using Typescript or JavaScript on Angular framework.
- 3+ years of experience developing database applications using SQL Server.
- Experience using Material, Telerik, DevExpress UI Libraries
- Strong debugging and diagnostic skills.
- A working knowledge of network authentication and security protocols.
- Demonstrated successful experience as a significant contributor to one or more commercial software products.
- Self-motivated and able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with NHibernate is an asset
- Experience with UI/UX design is an asset
- Experience with DevExpress Report Server is an asset
Your duties will include:
- Develop and release software running on the desktop and mobile devices running against Windows server operating systems and databases.
- Perform research, analysis, design, coding, debugging and testing. You will also analyze and debug difficult application, system and device-related issues.
- Develop rest endpoints using frameworks such as Nancy or WebAPI2.
- Work closely with team members and your manager to plan projects, drive decisions identify risk in key areas and deliver solutions at a reasonable cost.
- Other duties as assigned.
