Our Company:

ENKON Information Systems Inc. specializes in creating web-enabled Land Information Management Systems for clients around the world. We are an innovative company with offices in Victoria, B.C and Gaborone, Botswana. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Product Delivery Team. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with clients, values team collaboration, has a love of learning, and is able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

The operations team is client focused and provides support to the product development team. You will be on a team responsible for the implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance of the product. We work closely together and support one another to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Job Type: Full-time - Salary

The position will be at our office in Victoria, BC.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a project manager;
  • Experience working with government stakeholders;
  • University degree, or equivalent work experience;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project;
  • Experience with Software Systems used in Project Management;
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities; and
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong ability to facilitate groups

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of broad Land Management Practices;
  • Exceptional time and project management skills (PMP would be considered an asset); and
  • Experience with reporting & creating queries.

Your duties will include:

  • Implementing ENKON's Land Management Software;
  • Managing multiple projects, budgets and project stakeholders;
  • Working with our clients to define their property and land management business needs;
  • Writing and reviewing client requirements;
  • Preparing proposals and cost estimates;
  • Designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients;
  • Provides design advice and technical guidance to customers relating to custom applications;
  • Writing and reviewing technical specification documents;
  • Financial & project reporting to management; and
  • Travel to client sites;
