The Role

This role will work out of our St. George, NB office. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will process, sort, and reconcile invoices, both incoming and outgoing. Resolve invoice discrepancies and manage correspondence and communication with internal and external clients, along with administration work.

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience
• You will be an energetic self-starter
• Can work independently
• Works well in a deadline driven environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with I-Maint and Great Plains would be considered an asset
