Our Parent Company, Richards Packaging, is looking for a Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist to provide support / assistance to the Human Resources Department by sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. They also must promote the company's brand through recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Essentially, their role is to help grow the talent in a company by finding and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company's future success.

The successful applicant will:

• Lead the recruitment process
• Manage onboarding and offboarding
• Be a passionate and pro-active culture ambassador and work closely with the HRBP to keep the positive efforts of workplace culture initiatives.
• Assist with special projects

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Post Secondary education in Human Resources Management
• CHRP designation, or working towards
• 3+ years Human Resources experience preferably within the packaging, pharma and/or medical technology equipment sector
• Strong working knowledge of employment standards and other regulatory legislation
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills (including oral and written communication), exercising diplomacy and tact
• Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
• Critical attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work independently
