Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities will be conducting requirements gathering workshops with IT team and writing technical user stories and requirements
• Be able to translate requirements to test cases for creating acceptance criteria
• Be proficient in using Jira/Confluence
• Analyse and document business and solution requirements using Jira and Confluence
• Acts as a primary requirements management contact on a fixed project
• Builds relationships and works collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and solve issues
• Participates in triaging defects to ensure business needs and solution requirements are met.
• Provides subject matter expertise on specific application usage or area of knowledge
• Provide Support to Scrum Masters for projects

Required:

• Knowledge in Jira and creating technical user stories (1-3 years)
• Experience in interviewing technical team members (Architects, Snr developers, Software Engineers, Developement Managers) in order to gather information to create user stories and acceptance criteria's
• Review, Verify and Validate the requirements
• Prior experience in technology projects is needed (1-3 years)
• Prior experience in eCommerce retail line of business (2+ years)
• University degree/college diploma and 2+ years progressive business analysis
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task in a multi-faceted role within a high paced environment.
• Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management (Srum, SAFE)
• Prior experience as a BA is technology projects (1-3 years)
• Experience in defining business rules and using UML for visual modeling
• Familiarity with business assessment tools (e.g. feasibility studies, business cases, cost/benefit analysis, project sizing and costing) is an asset.

Nice to Have

• BA Certification/ CSM or CSPO (but not required)
• Manhattan WMS experience
