Nature & Scope → Your Role at Roots
The Junior Producer for the Roots Creative Studio will drive the end-to-end production process for eCommerce initiatives and provide key support on creative and campaign shoots. This role is vital in ensuring that all projects run efficiently, stay on schedule, and align with both creative vision and operational goals. This role collaborates closely with the marketing, and creative teams, as well as external partners, to coordinate schedules, track budgets, and maintain production standards. This person will act as a key member of the Marketing team, working under the Director of Marketing & Studio Operations and collaborating with pre- and post- production teams.
Key Responsibilities → How You’ll Make an Impact
- Running and tracking our ecommerce sets - coordinating with all studio team members, ensuring the shoot adheres to the schedule, monitor timely asset delivery.
- Assisting Production team with tasks such as coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and keeping track of project timelines.
- Support production team with budget tracking,
- Work with production team to ensure projects have been wrapped appropriately, including all documentation, release forms, production notes, invoices.
- Ensure the production process adheres to the highest industry standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process, offering solutions to avoid delays and mitigate risks.
- Work with agencies to maintain and update our casting roster.
- Assist production team on campaign and creative projects.
- Partner with our international team to produce quarterly shoots.
- Required to be in the studio on a weekly basis for general upkeep and to support with all shoots/activity in the Studio.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to gather project requirements and communicate expectations to team members and external partners.
- Build great relationships with Marketing and Ecommerce team members, as well as develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, agencies, freelancers.

- A minimum of two years in a production or studio role.
- Comfortable addressing and navigating challenging conversations in a constructive way.
- Familiarity with creative processes and terminology.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A solution focused problem-solving and troubleshooting approach.
- Time management skills and an ability to deliver to targets and deadlines.
