The Entertainment Supervisor works closely with the Entertainment Manager to oversee programming schedules, coordinate event logistics, and ensure seamless communication between entertainment and venue teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate event documentation, monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts, and supporting the promotion of events to maximize attendance.
The Entertainment Supervisor plays a key role in the success of the execution of programming. This position is responsible for coordinating pertinent information, maintaining accurate records and working closely with all stakeholders to maximize the experience.
Candidates in this role will be required to attend and support local activations to maximize efficiencies or programming, guest experience and revenue opportunities.
