Who is a Group Fitness Instructor?
A Group Fitness Instructor provides instruction of a high quality, safe and enjoyable experience in all Group Fitness classes.
What will you be doing?
- Provide instruction of a high quality, safe and enjoyable experience in all Group Fitness classes.
- Promote/support your own classes/programs as well as other classes/programs to encourage Member engagement in Group Experience programming.
- Teach a minimum of twice per week and follow the subbing policy.
- Support Club Management with handling Member concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with Management and other Associates.
Do you have what it takes?
- Relevant certification required; you must have a relevant certification to be considered.
- CPR-A Certification; you must have current CPR-A to be considered. AED is strongly recommended
- Energetic and personable with a healthy and positive outlook
- Motivated, enthusiastic and dependable
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry
- Customer focused
- Ability to fully understand and embrace the company culture

Compensation:
