  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.

  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluations.
  • Assess work environments and programs to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more in Human Resources
  • Certification: Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is essential:

  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Oracle
  • Electronic mail
