About the Role

This is a permanent position offering 34.5 hours of work per week. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Arranging travel itineraries and making reservations
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to communicate key messages
  • Maintaining and managing our digital database
  • Performing clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
  • Organizing conferences and meetings
  • Managing event logistics

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
