Your Responsibilities

As a Barkeeper, you will:

• Arrange the bar area to create attractive displays
• Organize the operations of our cocktail lounge or bar
• Engage in short order cooking and food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and wash glassware
• Serve food or snacks to enhance the guest experience
• Clean and maintain the draft beer system
• Hire and dismiss staff as needed
• Advise customers on wine selections
• Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff
• Provide recommendations on drink selections
• Train new staff members
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions for beverages
• Operate the cash register efficiently
• Record and balance beverage sales accurately
• Store beverage and food products properly
• Order bar stock and maintain inventory control
