Who You Are

  • 5 years or more of experience in human resources.
  • Certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
  • Strong knowledge of human resources software and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong judgment, organizational skills, and reliability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a large caseload.
  • A valid driver's license, as public transportation is not available.
  • A clean criminal record check.

Work Environment

In this role, you will supervise more than 20 people, ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000, making your role pivotal to our financial health.
