About the Role

You will lead a team of 16-20 professionals and non-professionals, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the delivery of social and community service programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of these programs.
  • Plan and organize the implementation of community services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications

Education

Experience
