About the Role

As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our organization, including:

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in special education, teaching, educational psychology, or mental and social health services.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • The ability to supervise a team of more than 20 individuals.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.

Work Environment

This position will be based in various locations, primarily within associations and non-profit organizations. The work setting is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in how you manage your responsibilities.
