Key Responsibilities

  • Perform essential administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, addressing inquiries both written and oral.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications materials.
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and manage our digital database.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.

Qualifications

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in marketing or graphic communications
  • Work Language: English

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, Visio, Office Suite, and Outlook.
  • Experienced with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of database management and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with MS Access, Excel, and Word.
