Key Responsibilities

  • Develop production schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Evaluate daily operations and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
  • Plan and organize daily operations while implementing changes to machinery and production methods.
  • Direct quality control inspections and manage departmental budgets.
  • Hire, supervise, and train employees in new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory effectively.

Requirements
