Key Responsibilities
- Assess children's development to create tailored learning plans.
- Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.
- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
- Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe environment.
- Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
- Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Prepare snacks and arrange rooms for lunch and rest periods.
