Key Responsibilities

As a Paint-Sprayer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning and organizing the work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Maintaining and managing inventory effectively.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Checking the proper thickness of plating using micrometers, calipers, or other devices.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Operating and controlling electroplating equipment to coat metal, hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal, and spray equipment to repair worn or damaged parts.
• Painting small items and applying touch-ups using paint brushes.
• Preparing and applying stencils, decals, or other decorative items on finished products.
• Preparing and mixing metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications.
• Selecting appropriate paint or mixing paints as needed.
