Key Responsibilities

  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and perform data entry tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.
  • Recruit and hire staff, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Maintain and manage a digital database.

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
