About the Role

Are you a skilled tradesperson looking to make a difference in the construction and renovation industry? At TZ Construction and Renovation, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cladder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing both exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products with precision and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service both exterior and interior prefabricated products as needed.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies for ongoing projects.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment safely.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
