This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 80 hours bi-weekly. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and oversee daily operations.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress along the way.

  • Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure project accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed reports and requisition materials and supplies as needed.

Qualifications
