Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Gravel Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading goods safely.
• Overseeing the condition of your vehicle and performing inspections on tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• Performing emergency roadside repairs as needed.
• Conducting pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring all aspects of the vehicle are in top condition.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance to keep our fleet running smoothly.
• Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Licensing:
  • Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks).
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles).

Work Environment

Your work environment will be:

• Dusty, as you’ll be transporting gravel and other dry bulk materials.
