Maritime Construction is looking for a dedicated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team in Hunter River, PE. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to help us complete residential construction projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment including backhoe excavators, loaders, bulldozers (large and small), rollers, front end loaders, dump trucks, and bobcats.
  • Perform essential tasks related to backfilling, excavation, fine grading, and finishing.
  • Ensure attention to detail is maintained throughout all operations.

Work Environment

  • Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses: Valid Driver's License (Class 3 or D) is mandatory.
  • Transportation/Travel: Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license.
