Key Responsibilities

• Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Demonstrate mountain driving expertise
• Oversee vehicle condition, including inspections of tires, lights, brakes, and other essential equipment
• Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
• Ensure the safety and security of cargo through proper tarping
• Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
