About the Role

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests. From registering arrivals to ensuring that each guest has a seamless and enjoyable stay, this role requires a blend of customer service, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
  • Process group arrivals and departures.
  • Manage room reservations, including taking, canceling, and changing bookings.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and local points of interest.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Assist guests with special needs and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Perform light housekeeping and clerical duties.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week.
  • Certificates: Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
